Hagerstown Municipal Band Shuttle Service
All HMB Sunday evenings concerts start at 7:30pm
A Shuttle Bus operated by the Washington County Community Action Council will be available to those HMB audience members who have trouble walking long distances on uneven surfaces.
This Shuttle Bus, known as the CAT (Community Action Transit), will pick up concert goers at two locations beginning at 6:30pm on Sunday evenings:
1. The lower Museum parking lot across from the Hager House
2. The parking lot adjacent to the Tennis Courts behind the Museum
The CAT will transport patrons to the City Park’s south parking lot where they can access a path to the Band Shell that is straight and flat, and is ideal for walkers and wheel chairs.
Due to City regulations, the CAT cannot drive through the park directly to the Band Shell.
At the end of the concert, patrons will be transported from the City Park’s south parking lot and return them to the two lots mentioned above.
The CAT will make multiple trips prior to and after the concert to ensure that everyone gets to the drop off point and is returned to their vehicles.
If there are any questions about this service, please don’t hesitate to ask HMB President Chris Stockslager or Vice President Joel Guyton before or after any Sunday evening concert.
